Delivery: Due to the precautions we are taking during the Covid-19 Pandemic and an increased volume of orders, we are expecting longer shipping times than usual.

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days after being placed.  Once your order has been shipped it will take an additional 3-5 business days to arrive at your door.  Free shipping for all orders over $100 after any discounts. All orders under $100 are subject to a flat $7.99 fee. Plants will ship via USPS or UPS

Refund: We do not accept returned plants! During this time frame, Affirmation Plants does not accept returns on plants, but we do guarantee every plant will arrive in great condition, and all plants are guaranteed for 30 days after purchase. If your plant or vase arrived damaged, or your 

Purchase was made less than 30 days ago, please have your order number and photo of your damaged plant ready.  We will ship replacement of the damaged product for you as soon as possible. 

Privacy:  This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share and retain information that you provide to us, or that is provided or collected on this Site. The “Site” means this website, together with any related domains and mobile sites.

Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected through third party websites or services (“Third Party Services”) that you may access through the Site.

We respect your choice of how your information is used and shared. We will use reasonable efforts to provide you with access to your Personal Information, so that you may correct, update or delete any inaccurate information or your account, and we will accept requests from you to update your information. In addition, if you do not want us to use or share your information for marketing purposes or to inform you about products and services that may be of interest to you, you may notify us by selecting or deselecting appropriate options presented to you when we collect your information, or by notifying us afterward. We comply with the federal CAN-SPAM Act; you can always opt-out of receiving further email correspondence from us. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving promotional communications, we may continue to send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or orders you have placed. Please also note that when you make an online purchase from us, we will continue to confirm your order status and shipment by email, even if you have previously unsubscribed.

Should you no longer wish to receive our catalogs or other mail from us, you can contact us and ask to be removed from future mailings. Please include your full name and mailing address in your communication to us. It may take up to 6-12 weeks to process your request, during which period you may continue to receive mailings from us. 

If required by law, we will grant a request to delete information, but you should note that in many situations we must keep your information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements or for another business purpose.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES

The Site may contain links to Third Party Services with which we have no affiliation. A link to any Third Party Service does not mean that we endorse it or the quality or accuracy of information presented on it. If you decide to visit a Third Party Service, you are subject to its privacy policy and practices and not this Privacy Policy. DISCLAIMER: NOT CHILDREN-DIRECTED
